What vitamins or supplements do you take and what would you recommend?

What are some good vitamins and supplements to take? We take a few but unsure of what we should and shouldn't take? We take Vitamin B1, Omega 3 fish oil, Lactobacilli and some other stuff.

Thinking of getting Acai berry, Bee Pollen, Flaxseed oil and some other stuff - is there anything that's a must for good health? What about "CoQ10"? Does Flaxseed oil and Omega 3 fish oil do the same thing?

We usually order from vitacost but recently came across "Swansons" (haven't ordered from them yet though) We're in Ireland so need a company which ships worldwide. Thanks.

If you have a healthy diet then vitamins and supplements are completely unneeded and are just excreted by the body.

Spend the money on healthy food rather than pills with dubious if any benefits.
