Cold home remedies! Help!?
I've been sick for about a week now. Coughing, stuffed up, and headaches. I've been feeling a little better, but this morning i woke up and my ears hurt when i swallow or yawn.
Do they hurt because of the non-stop coughing or do i have an ear infection? And how can i make them stop hurting??
the ears,nose and throat work together. you may not necessarily have an ear infection, but your sinuses are acting up. germs are throughout your body. drink plenty of water,and all natural fruit juices. wash your hands often. gargle with listerine. get plenty of rest. watch something that will make you laugh. change your bed linen as often as possible, and sterilize your toothbrush with boiling hot water so you wont recycle the germs. get some fresh air also. good luck p.s spray your doorknobs, and faucets with lysol.
