Organic Whole Food Supplements

What kind of food should I take CoQ10 with?
I have fibromyalgia and cerebral palsy, and my doctor and rheumatologist recommended I take CoQ10 (100 mg) of fatigue and symptoms of low energy. I know you have to take the supplement with food containing fat, and I wondered if whole milk (in a coffee with milk) that counts. I just started taking CoQ10 in the morning at work, and usually all I can stomach early in the morning are milk, cheese, yogurt, granola bars (or organic energy bars), and bananas. Would any of these foods to be okay to take CoQ10? Or should I wait four hours until noon, when lunch and then take the pill?
