Vitamins Functions

What are the functions for water, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals in animals?
nobody is going to sit here and give you the exact answer its far too complex - ill give it too u breifly
water = will be involved with thing like the lymph nodes etc
fats = cell walls which are made of phospholips and other types of lipids. and respiration
carbohydrates are used for respiration. = energy for muscle contraction and things.
proteins are vital for cell walls too, eg glycoproteins. and proteins are important structurally elsewhere in the body - eg for the actual muscle, and important with tissue fluid. enzymes are protein structures. antibodies are protein structures. blood cells are protein structures
vitamins - im not too sure about these. i know that minerals are important for things such as nerve cells - eg calcium ions,
ill give u a website that had all this stuff in it that i used for my alevel biology.
