Vitamin B12
What is the maximum amount of vitamin B12 that a person can take daily?

I know I should see a doctor, but I can not afford at this time. I have burning feet at night and are usually sweat during the day. I feel like my movement is correct. I do not know if an irregular heartbeat may be the reason. I'm very tired and never feel good. I heard you may need vitamin B12, so I wanted to try to see if there is a difference.

Hello, I'm sorry about that. Vitamin B12 is not always absorbed by the "belly" very well. There is nothing wrong with trying to achieve, but if lack of vitamin B12 (as demonstrated by blood tests), a doctor will no doubt try to give injections of vitamin B12. Low levels of vitamin B12 is associated with nerve damage legs, technically called "peripheral neuritis. Usually, only part of a disease called pernicious anemia" (Sorry, no There is no common name). Pernicious anemia is a very serous. It mainly affects the elderly, you do not say how old they are. B12 could be low, as you said, but I do not think this is the cause of irregular heart beat or a circulation problem. You can try B12, as I say, but do not see how going to solve this problem without a blood test and medical advice. I hope this is of some help. Best wishes, Belliger (retired UK GP)
