Vitamins Are Useless
What should I do at home if I am pregnant?

First, please do not tell me to ask my doctor because I never give answers clear and yes, I'm looking for another doctor. Anyway, I'm 33 weeks pregnant and my house is my pride and joy. I like to keep it very clean and well organized, but I'm tired! My husband works a lot and my children help me how can for their age. But the little things, like loading the dishwasher and making beds leaves me breathless and very tired. My husband asked me not do these things and it will when you are at home. I think he, too, but I'm going crazy just do nothing. I myself have allowed recently to sit here on the computer. I feel useless, but of course I do not want to put my health and my baby at risk. I know the obvious answer "not in my own escape. However, any other advice? If I drink lots of water, rest a lot and I take my vitamins. How might feel better for cleaning and what to do or not do? Thanks

What tasks you do, just make sure you do things slowly and make a rule for yourself that once you perform a task (sweep the floor kitchen), seating for five or ten minutes. Ignore this requires lifting or climbing stairs too. If you can not keep up with tasks that do not require too much physical effort (dust, clean the refrigerator, scrubbing the kitchen sink and wipe the counters), then there will be more happy to leave work more difficult to go (vacuuming, laundry, floors, cleaning the bathtub). On the bed, made on short missions. Strip the bed, then sit and rest more. Place the bottom sheet, and then sit on it, however, get a good book so silly it is so tempting that you just want to sit and read, rather than to the family. And as always, if you feel dizzy or sick while you're doing something, stop and go sit down. And if you can pay, pay someone to come clean.
