Is there an oral dietary supplement or vitamin B12?
Hello, I will post, Bangalore, India, I'm 50 years old, just out of hospital after treatment for megaloblastic anemia. I am very dependent on vitamin B12 injections. I want to avoid discomfort injections, can someone enlighten me on any supplement or tonic Vitamin B12 in tablet form; Or is it a food supplement that can help me finish with injections? Thanks Y. Sorry if you have a deficiency of vitamin B12, it means that your body naturally absorb, which means that the only way to put on your system is by injection. I looked like I did all the tests done myself. It occurs in foods and vitamin pills, but your body does not absorb. Sorry say you should have with the injections.
