Does anyone know the vitamins or natural ways to battle depression?
When I was in high school and I was put on Zoloft had trouble controlling my suicidal tendencies. I hated feeling that way and refuse to take antidepressants because of this. Does anyone know the vitamins or natural ways to combat my depression? want experiences or personal experiences, preferably someone you know thanks
There have been studies showed that adoption of 7-8,000 mg of flax oil or fish oil significantly improved symptoms of depression. It has certainly worked for me. Consult a healthcare professional before taking any prescription medicine, vitamins, herbs, etc, to ensure no drug interactions.
