Does your body changes in their mid to late 20?

I've always been thin and not to worry what I eat. It seems that in recent 2 years my body has changed and requires more maitnance. During the past 2 years I have gained about 30 pounds. I am having difficulty losing stomach rolls. lol seems that the skin has lost its elasticity. I am 26 and it is too soon to let me go. Is it common for women of my age? im 5'6 and 155 pounds. I've never been more 140. I was drinking nutritional drinks (Ensure / Instant Breakfast) and taking vitamins / royal jelly to eat two small meals a day? Can you you gain weight? I use to assign to drink soda, but have since cut it. I used to work at a job during the day and was always on my feet, now works in the GI team night in a nursing home. 11.7 could be another problem? Night Shift mess with your system. Thanks

His body changes from day when you go to the uterus and never stops. The older you get - the slower your metabolism becomes. Changing your lifestyle can certainly contribute work to gain weight.
