What can I sneak into my kids food that will give them extra vitamins?

My kids do not eat more vegetables. I tell them provides chewable vitamins, but wondered if anyone knew a good nutritional supplement that could mix in some food to eat. It will be a powder or liquid gently as I could mix the macaroni and cheese or pancakes, etc. Steelegrave make sure my children get vitamins is parenting. Thank you for updating an ass steelegrave. Probably should have mentioned in my original post I mean Year 2. age and year 3. years who have a disability which makes it impossible to reason with him about why he has to eat their vegetables. Wow that is misleading. Try parenting instead. Ok, if you have vitamin mixture in food, then cook, you can cook vitamins. The vegetables provide phtyonutrients you can not get any supplement with a small amount vitamins. But to get the actual amount of necessary vitamins they need to come in supplement form is not enough in our diet, the more the soil becomes exhausted, it appears that you have to go with the crisis, but what you are looking at this plant phytonutrients can not complete. Please tell me not to raise their children with advice from Yahoo Answers, the 90% of respondents have no idea. As supplements cooking does not work.
