What dose of vitamin B3 should I take?

I tried to take a B3 to help with my mild social anxiety disorder, but do not know what is the dose to take. Most sites say that 18 mg per day for men. But when I looked to buy came only come in 100 mg, 500 mg and 1000 mg tablets.
