Can I continue taking the form Centrium multivitamin that took me all day before getting pregnant?
Kirkland Fish Oil Volume Centrium multi-vitamin every day before I'm pregnant until 6 weeks of pregnancy. Mark states that "a doctor before use during pregnancy." Does anyone have any idea whether it can continue to take instead of taking vit multiple pregnancy?
Certainly going to a pregnancy vitamin for two main reasons. 1) vitamins for pregnancy have a higher amount of folic acid can help prevent neural tube defects (spina bifida) 2) no pregnancy vitamins most likely to contain vitamin A, which can be very harmful to the unborn child
