I think this is the craziest thing I heard: "How to lose weight?" Eat a lot and is going to happen! "It goes against everything we think we know. All have been programmed to believe that we ourselves have to almost starve to death if you want to lose weight. Well, I have good news for you, you should be.
When you think about losing weight, eating right kinds of foods in the right proportions and the fat disappears! It is important to understand that food not the enemy here, but how we eat and prepare. If food is prepared so that you do not add extra calories during the cooking process, you can eat more without leaving the books for the fall.
Things to consider if you want to lose those extra pounds without Hunger:
1. You unfortunately have to cut down on carbohydrates. Eat only whole grains as much as possible and remember things like potatoes, sweet potatoes and peas count as starch. Eat no more than five small servings of carbohydrates a day, including rice, pasta, couscous or any starch is normally with your meal.
