Is Juice Plus really better then one a day vitamins?

"I tried it for several months and felt no different and lost no weight and it did nothing for my energy level. I think it is just so much MLM hype like a lot of products that are supposed to be "cure all" products. I have switched to eating smaller portions, whole grains and vegies and fresh fruits. I feel great."
