Vitamins Pregnancy Uk

I live in the UK. What are the current recommendations to take supplemental vitamin A during pregnancy?
We are TTC (barely started I'm so excited) and took folic acid for about six months! I also took St John's Wort I stopped to take as I know, no investigation not enough done to see if your insurance to take during pregnancy. I wonder if I should also take a daily multivitamin tablet, in addition to that, or if I can or get all the nutrients I need from my diet?
I just want to go to a store and cons achieved during prenatal vitamins. In this way, you know you have all in their system as their baby will need. It helps you not get pregnant, but will be there at the same you do get pregnant. Good luck to you. Stay away from all herbal medicinal plants, which are less regulated and are not tested for use during pregnancy.
