Vitamins Recommended Amount

I received a diagnosis of depression. I am totally against prescription drugs that many people know today. So I did some research on what might help and found About Vitamin B. But the only problem I have is that my multi-vitamins than the recommended amount of vitamin B and I'm a little more of my liquid sublingual B complex that I am more of this recommendation. Volume bed fluid, and that helps me sleep. What should I do?

It is good more than the minimum amount of vitamins B and generally people who are treating depression should take more than the RDA. However, this alone is not sufficient to cope with his depression. There are very effective drug treatments for depression, but is not as simple as taking some vitamins. If you do want to take anti-depressants, should be under the care of a naturopathic doctor who can help guide you in what food is right for depression, herbs and supplements that, together, will help you feel better. We must treat depression - no matter whether naturally or no, you should try - and untreated depression is the leading cause of death worldwide. Just before I tell you that the first thing you should do is stay away from sugar and caffeine as these two things have proven to make a depression worse. I hope you feel better very quickly.
