Vitamins Skin Tone
This lotion is good for the skin?

I bought a lotion, Deep Conditioning Body Lotion Vaseline Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E. I use around stomach and back area because my skin is white and slightly irregular in some areas, especially the lower back. Is this a good lotion?

I uneven skin tone, but I do not use the same phrase that "supposely" makes the skin, even in a hundred percent.
