The sun had different goals for different tanning or absorption of vitamin D?
I was told that before the sun 10 am is best for vitamin D, as the sun at the south end is best for sunbathing. Can anyone give a detailed overview of these sayings? Thanks in advance.
This may be true. Sunlight causes the melanin in the skin to produce vitamin D. Before 10, the sun is weaker due to the inclination to come, but still effect on the skin due to the presence of light itself. In general, the sun's rays more harmful in its 10-2, when the sun is at its zenith and the rays are able to penetrate through the ionosphere and atmosphere without losing much energy. These rays are the "best" for tanning, as it causes more damage.
