Vitamins When Pregnant
It can be pre / post natal vitamins, thinking of not getting pregnant or breast feeding beneficial?
I think your body does what it needs. Is it useful to replace a prenatal vitamin with a regular multi nutrition added that "when you do not need extra vitamins because they make a baby or breastfeeding?
The next time you're in the grocery store, compare a bottle of multi-vitamins with prenatal vitamins. Are almost identical. About the only difference is that it has more folic acid before birth.
