How many calories you can eat a day to lose weight?

I'm 5'4 1 / 2 inches and weighs about 125 pounds. I want to weigh 115 pounds (no weight, my BMI would be about 19.3 to 115 lbs) For years, I run every day for 30 minutes and 2 hours in total day walk my dog. For 2 weeks, reduce calories, but they have lost maybe even £ 1 if and only about 1500 calories a day .. so I do not know why I have not lost more weight after 2 weeks. this is what we eat: breakfast bagel, whole wheat, beef and coffee with soy milk, soy sugar-free calories Total: 500 Food: fiber or calorie protein bar: 150 Lunch: tomato soup with rice, lean chicken or calories ceral: 300-500 snack: applesauce without sugar or an orange, I only drink coffee without sugar, vitamin water 10 calories, sweetened with stevia, rarely and Diet Coke. please help I want 115 pounds despite and can not understand what I'm doing wrong!

1. If you're lost about a pound a week is not so bad ... in fact, is a healthy way to lose weight. 2. if everything you eat what you have listed - --- every day may not be enough food to help the body to lose weight. Make sure you balance the 4 groups foods in a healthy way. If your body lacks certain nutrients and fat, have trouble losing weight. 3. The BMI is not always reliable. is good to use as a "guide", however, not underestimate their weight. it is best to consult your doctor and he / she to calculate total body fat ... and then you'll know if you are under weight or weight. 4. It is good to be underweight .. even a BMI of 19-20 is not ideal because it is close higher weight. I read an article on the relationship between weight and indicating death: people are underweight are more likely to die young ... more likely than obese. people who are (on average) 25-35 pounds overweight are more likely to live longer ... and are less likely to get sick. the thinner they are the most likely to get sick. one my friends ... than was .... fatty never decided to reduce body mass index of a healthy market, 25 to 19 years and has been sick every two to three weeks.
