Vitamins You Need Daily
What are good to take vitamins daily?
I am a girl of seventeen years and I am a dancer and playing basketball and I'm very active I just wanted to know something good day to take vitamins to stay as healthy as can be.
By eating healthy, should not have to worry about taking vitamins. But seeing them helps your body to get any of them was not necessary or just going to piss poop. Take: Multivitamin Complex B Vitamin C Calcium D with the bone health in women specialized vitamins (Get CNG) I also add wheat germ and whey protein to my meals. I have anemia, so taking Iron supplements as well, but iron pills the doctor gave me constipation and nausea when I take the vitamin Flinstone Child and eat lots of spinach and vegetables.
